What is Wingspan?

Wingspan, a corporation directed by Laura Bixler, Jamie Van Dycke, and Joyce Brandes, was established to help build wings of support for Oklahoma’s special education population by renewing resources for service providers and families.

As part of this wing-building process, Wingspan is dedicated to providing professional development to special educators and information and guidance to families whose members have special needs.

Renewing Resources

Wingspan seeks to renew resources by conducting a series of special education workshops for educators and families each year.
